Student Transcript Request Form

Please submit the completed form along with a copy of your ID to sactranscript@sac.edu.bs.

• Allow up to 5 business days for processing.
• Transcript fees are $10 each for alumni and $5 each for current students.
• Grade 12 students receive their first 2 transcripts free.
• Letter requests from the school are $10. All fees must be paid in advance.
